Hi, get to know more than my LinkedIn

I’m Carrie, a leader, builder, and coach whose journey has been shaped by both ambition and resilience. Born in Trinidad and Tobago, I studied at UNC–Chapel Hill and earned my MBA at Stanford, experiences that deepened my global perspective and sharpened my strategic instincts. After five years on Wall Street, I intentionally designed my career to prepare for the role of CEO. Each position was a deliberate step closer to leading organizations at scale.

While my professional path was carefully charted, my health journey taught me the power of perseverance. Diagnosed at age 12 with Dystonia, a rare neurological disorder I often describe as a cousin of Parkinson’s, I faced challenges that required grit and courage. At 31, I underwent Deep Brain Stimulation surgery, which restored my ability to walk. That moment marked not just a medical triumph, but a profound renewal of purpose.

Since then, I have completed 16 half marathons and two full marathons, a testament to my belief that life is a marathon, not a sprint. My story is one of ambition, resilience, and transformation: building companies, leading teams, and overcoming personal obstacles. Today, I bring that same energy to my work with founders, C-suite executives, and finance leaders, helping them sharpen communication, build strong cultures, and motivate teams to achieve extraordinary results.

My Approach

I combine strategic rigor with practical tools, blending my experience as an operator, strategist, and CEO with the lessons of resilience I have learned along the way. I create spaces where leaders can reflect deeply, act decisively, and grow cultures that thrive even in high-stakes environments.
